The UK has fully transitioned to digital visas. New applicants will no longer receive visa stickers in their passports — their immigration status will be confirmed through an eVisa.

Existing visa stickers will remain valid until their expiry date.

The increase is part of a broader reform aimed at strengthening oversight, data verification, and tackling misuse of corporate structures.
