This week something unexpected happened.
After I shared my story at a business event, Adam Stott — Multi Award-Winning Business Coach — called me "resilient." The room gave me a round of applause.
For a second, I became emotional.
Not because of the applause.
Because I remembered the woman who arrived in the UK believing she would work as a receptionist — and found herself cleaning hotel rooms instead. The single mum who started university while raising a baby. The woman who was embarrassed by her accent. The woman who wondered if she was good enough.
Today I help thousands of adults rebuild their careers through education.
But this moment wasn't really about me.
It was about every Eastern European professional who has ever felt underestimated in a room. Who has been judged because of their accent. Who accepted less because they didn't realise they deserved more.
Your current role is not your identity.
Your past is not your future.
One decision, one qualification, one conversation can completely change the trajectory of your life.
The applause wasn't just for me.
It was for everyone who refuses to give up. ❤️

Today I had the honour of attending a networking event alongside entrepreneurs building extraordinary businesses.
I learned. I connected. I left inspired.
But this is only one part of my life.
After the events, the photos and the meetings end — I go home.
To Lego scattered across the living room.
To toys everywhere.
To a little boy and four dogs who greet me
with the same joy every single time.
I am a Business Partner. I am an entrepreneur.
But before anything else — I am a mum.
And I've learned that real success is not only
what you build in business.
It's also having someone to come home to. ❤️

Today we celebrate more than a graduation.
Being a mum and a student at the same time means studying after your child falls asleep. Attending lectures when you're exhausted. Refusing to quit even when it feels impossible.
Simona Constantinescu — you proved that dreams don't stop when you become a mother.
If anything, our children become the greatest reason to build a better future.
At AVG Education, moments like this are why we do what we do. Not just the qualification. The transformation behind it.
A Romanian mum. A student. A graduate.
We are proud to have been part of this journey, Simona. May this diploma be just the beginning of everything that comes next. 🎓🌸

🚀 I'm looking to connect with community leaders, business owners, professionals, and well-connected individuals across the UK.
Over the past 8 years, I've seen how education can completely change someone's future.
I arrived in the UK in a low-skilled job. Going back into education gave me new skills, confidence, a professional network, and opportunities I never thought possible.
Today, AVG Education is a multiple award-winning consultancy, established in 2018, trusted by over 37,000 adults and partnered with 55+ universities.
Every day, we speak to hardworking adults who:
• Feel stuck in low-paid jobs
• Want better career opportunities
• Are looking to increase their income
• Want to build a better future for their families
We're now looking for partners who would like to help people access these opportunities.
The model is simple:
✔️ You introduce people who may benefit
✔️ Our team handles the entire process
✔️ You receive a referral reward for successful enrolments
No experience required.
No financial investment.
Flexible around your current career or business.
One introduction can genuinely change someone's future.
If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect.

Last week, I had the honour of representing AVG Education at the European Parliament, contributing to discussions on integration, education access, and diaspora empowerment across the UK and EU.
These conversations matter. Migrant communities across Europe continue to face barriers to recognised qualifications, career progression and economic participation — despite being highly skilled, multilingual and deeply committed to the countries they now call home.
At AVG Education, we've spent the past several years working directly with these communities — supporting over 37,000 students from 27 nationalities to access vocational training, professional certifications and career pathways in the UK. We're proud to have been recognised as an award-winning consultancy for three consecutive years.
My own path — from starting in the UK in a frontline role to now leading at AVG Education — is part of why this work is personal to me. Education was the turning point, and I've seen first-hand the impact the right support can have.
Grateful for the opportunity to bring these conversations to a European platform, and to continue advocating for stronger education access for diaspora communities across the UK and EU.

We were honoured to meet with the Ambassador of El Salvador.
Not for a photo opportunity.
For a conversation that matters.
How do we expand access to education and career development for communities that are often overlooked?
At AVG Education we have been answering that question since 2018.
37,000+ students. 27 nationalities. Award-winning three years in a row.
We presented the pathways, guidance and support we provide to help individuals — regardless of background — gain qualifications, develop skills and access better careers.
Because we believe education is not a privilege.
It is a right.
We are proud to support not only the Salvadoran community — but every community investing in their future through learning.
🎓 Education opens doors.
🚀 Opportunity changes lives.
🌍 Success should be accessible to everyone.

I arrived in the UK at 24.
Housekeeping. Reception. Beauty sales.
A business that went bankrupt.
Universal Credit. Divorce. Starting from zero.
And then — one decision that changed everything.
Today AVG Education has supported 37,000+ students from 27 nationalities.
Award-winning three years in a row.
5/5 on Trustpilot.
Canary Wharf, London.
I am not sharing this to impress you.
I am sharing this because the people who built this with me
came from exactly where you might be right now.
They were working jobs that didn't reflect their potential.
They were looking for something that felt meaningful.
They found AVG Education — and they never looked back.
Our marketing affiliates don't just earn.
They change lives. Every single day.
They help Eastern European immigrants in the UK
understand that education is not a dream.
It is a tool. And it is accessible to them.
If you are:
✓ From an Eastern European background
✓ Living and working in the UK
✓ Looking for a role that combines income with real impact
✓ Ready to be part of something bigger than a job
— then I want to talk to you.
AVG Education is constantly growing.
And we are always looking for the right people to grow with us.
Not just anyone.
The right ones.
Send me a message. Let's talk. 👇

Something I did not expect when we became Main Sponsors of the Romanian GCSE Campaign:
Dr Tessa Dunlop — a British historian and academic — is one of the most passionate advocates for the Romanian community in the UK that I have ever met.
She is fighting for Romanian children to learn their mother tongue in British schools.
Not because she is Romanian. Because she believes it is right.
If a British academic shows up for our community with that level of dedication — the least we can do is show up too.
Sign. Share. Support. 🇷🇴🇬🇧
