It was a busy July helping many of our lovely clients to navigate “Making Tax Digital”, their quarterly tax submissions. Great work!
With our team flat out, we’re off to the Races for Ladies Day as a wee treat on Friday (7th Aug) so the office will be closed. Back to the coalface on Monday at 8:30 as usual though, hopefully with the bookies’ money safely in the staff kitty !

Let's face it, we're bound to beat Brazil next week so after the inevitable celebrations our team will be starting a little later than usual the following day. The office will be open from 10am on Thursday 25th instead of our usual 8.30am, and we'll update you on future late starts in our march to the final as things progress.

Important!
Just announced today, the HMRC authorised Mileage Rate has been increased for the first time since 2011-12, and is now 55p per mile for business miles up to 10,000 miles. This takes effect for 2026-27 and can be backdated to 6th April for payments already made.
