o operate an outreach service offering the young people at a place suitable to them, this includes schools, collages and home. We will also run satellite clinics within various young people’s services within the city. Switch works alongside both adult and young peoples services reducing harm and potential harm. Assessing and completing referrals appropriate to the young person’s needs, workers will agree a plan of care which will include:
- Substance misuse
- Physical and psychological function
- Social functioning
- Criminal involvement
- Safe guarding children

One to one work which will consist of:
- Brief solution focus therapy
- Cognitive behavioural therapy
- Acceptance commitment therapy
