We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our team, working over 25 hours per week across a fixed weekly pattern.

Working pattern:
💙 Monday: 7am–1:30pm
💚 Wednesday: 7am–1:30pm
💙 Thursday: 7am–1:30pm and 4pm–10pm
💚 Sunday: 7am–2pm

Thursday is a split shift. Applicants must be available to work both parts of the shift.

Pay and benefits:
💙 £14.00–£14.60 per hour
💚 £16.68 per hour when on call, plus an on-call retainer
💙 Paid travel time and mileage

Today, our Registered Manager, Heidi, had the pleasure of accompanying one of our wonderful carers, Maisie, to an awards event hosted by the Dementia Education Team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust

It was a proud moment to see Maisie receive her certificate after successfully achieving her Dementia Lead recognition.

This is a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to her hard work, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional dementia care.

The event was a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other organisations across the health and care sector while celebrating everyone's achievements.

As our newly recognised Dementia Lead, Maisie will be sharing her knowledge, skills, and best practice with our clients, their families, and our colleagues, helping us to continue delivering the highest standards of person-centred dementia care and supporting those living with dementia every step of the way.
