Stepped back into my previous world this week…

12 years since competing in Glasgow 2014 at the last home games.

Really enjoyed sharing my journey at Scotland House from my time as an athlete now into life after sport, becoming a financial adviser and starting my own business.

Running theme from all the speakers - how the (sometimes forgotten) traits, habits and behaviours that come from playing sport is actually the thing that sets yourself up for life after sport and into the business world.

Definitely miss being part of Team Scotland in times like this but nice to enjoy the day at the Corinthian & watch some of the action.
