A couple gifts from Julie’s clients showing their appreciation for her help and advice.

The first clients had a complex situation and there were various hurdles to overcome throughout the process, some which were known at the beginning and others that came to light during the legal work. The end result achieved was for a remortgage including Transfer of Equity from a niche lender to a mainstream lender, a 2% reduction in interest rate, a restructure of repayment method and term and most importantly the security that they can now remain in their home comfortably and know exactly what the future looks like.

The second clients were also remortgaging and what we thought would be a straightforward transaction hit a block when the solicitors identified a restriction on the properties title from the previous owners which should’ve been removed when Julies clients had purchased the property. Julie took it upon herself to contact the solicitors the clients originally used, explained the situation and the urgency. The solicitors were fantastic and did the necessary request to Land Registry who also actioned within 48 hours allowing completion to continue. The clients expresssed how much they really appreciated Julies help with the mortgage.

We are so happy to have been able to help both households and thank you for your kind words and gifts, they are very much appreciated 😊
