💎 Diamond Accounts Limited is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing accountancy practice in Eastbourne.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy office environment and become part of a supportive team.

📍 Location

Eastbourne – Office Based

💼 Job Details:
Position: Administrative Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Hours: Approx. 25 hours per week (flexible across the week)
Contract: 9-month fixed term (Part-time)
Salary: £17,000 per year (pro-rata)
Potential: Opportunity for the role to become permanent

🗂️ Key Responsibilities:
Performing general clerical duties
Organising and storing information
Scanning documents
Managing office supplies
Booking meetings
Handling client queries
Assisting with social media platforms to promote Diamond Accounts

👤 The Ideal Candidate:
Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work with a wide range of clients and colleagues
Friendly with a “service with a smile” attitude
Accountancy knowledge is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
