Mileage Allowance Increase – What You Need to Know

The tax-free mileage allowance has increased from 45p to 55p per mile, effective from 6 April 2026.

This means:
✅ Higher reimbursement for business journeys
✅ Better reflection of rising motoring costs
✅ Applies to the first 10,000 business miles
