R&D Tax Relief.
• Reviewing any grants or subsidies received and assessing their impact on R&D Tax Relief Claims.
• Preparing a R&D Tax Relief Claim report that meets HMRC expectations, including full write-up of projects and cost analyses.
• Providing advice in connection with cashing-in losses to obtain cash payments from HMRC.
• Liaising with your accountant, and providing them with the R&D Tax Relief report for submission by them to HMRC, additional disclosures and guidance in relation to the CT Return and Computation and any additional support necessary to ensure the claims can be processed accurately and efficiently.
• Assistance in dealing with any queries raised by HMRC.
• Help with improving accounting systems so as to better identify and capture qualifying expenditure.
• 365 guidance and advice, including updating you on significant developments in legislation or Government policy in relation to R&D Tax Relief. All claims are dealt with personally by John Gale, a Chartered Tax Adviser, member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
