We're hosting a Charity Quiz Night in support of Over The Wall Camp and we'd love for you to join us!

Expect a mix of general knowledge, music, sports, pictures, puzzles and a few surprises with prizes up for grabs (along with bragging rights!) and, more importantly, money raised for a great cause. There will also be a tombola/raffle!

Landlords, more changes are coming your way...

For years, rental income has been taxed in the same way as most other forms of income. If you were a basic rate taxpayer, you paid 20%. Higher rate taxpayers paid 40%, and additional rate taxpayers paid 45%. However, from 6 April 2027, that is set to change significantly.

The government has introduced a completely separate set of Income Tax rates for property income, meaning landlords will pay more tax on rental profits than employees pay on their employment income. For many property investors, this represents one of the most significant tax changes in recent years.
