What You’ll Be Doing:
• Owning your portfolio of clients and building strong relationships
• Preparing and reviewing accounts, tax returns and management reports
• Using your commercial mindset to spot opportunities and add real value
• Collaborating with our friendly team to deliver a consistently high standard of service
• Using tech like Xero, Dext, SalesForce to make your workflow smarter, not harder
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive, accountable culture
What You’ll Bring:
• ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in practice
• Brilliant with Xero, Dext, and Excel
• A natural communicator who’s clear, confident and approachable
• Tech-savvy and open to innovation
• Detail-driven but commercially minded
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
• A solid work ethic and pride in doing things properly
