Whole of Life assurance - worth consideration....

From April 2027, most unused pension funds will be included when calculating the value of someone's estate for inheritance tax (IHT) purposes. This will push more people into the scope of this tax.

New ISA rules are on the way…. we’re getting a lot of questions on this at the moment.

From 2027, interest on cash held within stocks and shares ISAs will face a new charge, while a new first‑time buyer ISA is also being introduced.

Proud to support JHF Youth Charity- doing such a fantastic job supporting young people in our community

A heartfelt thank you to Tom Britton and Ballantine Wealth Management for their generous £500 donation to our Big Give campaign.

Tom spent two years as a trustee of The Jack Hazeldine Foundation, and his belief in our mission has never faded. His ongoing support reflects a deep commitment to community, family, and creating positive change for young people across North Somerset.

He shared these words with us:

“We’re proud to support The Jack Hazeldine Foundation and the brilliant work they do with young people across North Somerset. Having been involved with the charity personally, I know the positive impact they make, and Ballantine Wealth Management is pleased to play a small part in helping that work continue.” - Tom Britton

Because of kindness like this, and the support of so many people across our community, we’re thrilled to say that we’ve smashed our Big Give goal. Your generosity is already helping us reach more young people who need support.

Thank you, Tom, for being part of this.
