We’re proud to support Amber Bee CIC through our Community Foundation and the important work they’re doing to support children and young people.

Their recent project, delivered across four Bournemouth primary schools, focused on mental wellbeing, resilience and safeguarding, giving children practical tools and confidence to better understand and manage their emotions.

The project reached 308 children directly, with around 650 people benefiting overall, including parents, carers and teachers. The feedback from schools has been fantastic, with children developing a better understanding of mental wellbeing, calming and coping strategies, resilience and knowing who to turn to for support.

We’re delighted that our funding has helped make this valuable early intervention possible and support the wellbeing of young people in our local community. 💙
