Honestly, what an amazing day! 💕 We can’t thank Mandy from Chetham Farm Retreat The Calm Mind Consultancy. enough for such a wonderful experience. We all enjoyed our very first sound bath, and it was such a beautiful and relaxing experience.
Everything was just perfect — from the food and venue to the wellness activities. We left feeling completely relaxed, rested and recharged. ✨

A special shout-out to Mandy’s mum too — the delicious home-cooked food was absolutely incredible! 🥰

We would highly recommend giving the retreat a try and taking some well-deserved time for your own wellbeing. You won’t regret it! 💗

There are two things we absolutely love at Jackson Accounts… networking and food!😂🍛 So, the Curry Club networking event organised by The Best of Northwest and North West Networking is pretty much the perfect combination!

Last night’s Curry Club was hosted by Armaan Restaurant, and it was a brilliant evening! 🙌 Fantastic food, great conversations and plenty of laughs with some of the brilliant people we get to meet through networking.

And of course, Baz Jackson came along to support his wife… ❤️

Well, that’s what he said anyway! 😂 We’re fairly certain his real motivation was the promise of a curry! 🍛🤣

Still, we’ll give him credit — he did a great job of pretending he was there for the networking!

Another fantastic evening and we’re already looking forward to the next one! 🥂

It's back to school today for most of the children, and I can't believe Bella is starting Year 10! 😮 It only feels like yesterday she was beginning secondary school, and now she's already over halfway through.

Vicky and Caylie's boys are also heading into Year 6. Time really does fly, especially when you're busy working! Wishing them all the very best for their final year of primary school – it's such a special year and one they'll always remember.

Meet Bella — our office junior, resident spreadsheet sceptic, and my daughter!👩‍💼

A few months in and she's settled in brilliantly. The mum-and-daughter dynamic in the office, on the other hand, is… a work in progress. 😂 Turns out "because I said so" carries less weight when there's a payroll involved.

I keep telling her I'll make an accountant of her yet. She keeps telling me, with the confidence of someone who has never had to reconcile a bank statement, absolutely not. Her heart is set on architecture. She wants to design buildings. I want her to revalue them. We've agreed to disagree.

But in all seriousness — whatever my kids decide to do, I'll be standing right behind them cheering. Even if it's blueprints over balance sheets. 🏗️
