As part of International Women’s Day 2026, we hosted an open-door introduction to Pause and Connect, our dedicated monthly forum for colleagues experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms.

The session gave colleagues the opportunity to understand why the group exists, what support it provides and how we can collectively create a more informed, empathetic and inclusive workplace.

Following the event, Pause and Connect has returned to its confidential, closed‑door format, giving colleagues the space to speak openly with others who share similar lived experiences.
