We had a brilliant day at the 2026 Gransden Show!

Our funfair-style games kept families entertained and gave us a great opportunity to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces and spend time with existing clients.

Last night, we hosted a free event taking a practical look at Inheritance Tax planning alongside the wider considerations that often sit around it, including Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning.

It was also a chance to showcase the joined-up approach we take when supporting clients, with representatives from our probate, wills and tax teams on hand to speak with delegates and answer questions.

The event reinforced just how important IHT and estate planning are, and how valuable it is to have access to advice that takes your individual circumstances into account.

This is definitely not a topic to shy away from; we encourage talking about it, asking questions about it, and building it into wider tax planning conversations.

Our Biggleswade office is temporarily closed while the building undergoes a professional deep clean following the recent fire.

The office will be closed from Wednesday 9 September. Subject to the cleaning programme being completed as planned, we hope to have our reception team back on site from 30 September. Until then, our Biggleswade staff will continue to work remotely or from our other office locations.

Our Huntingdon and Letchworth offices remain open as normal. Staff from our Biggleswade office can still be contacted by telephone and email throughout the closure.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue with the repair and recovery process.

One, Two. One, Two. One, Two. 🐉 🛶

Our team (helped out by a few friends and family) did their very best to 'unleash their inner dragons' out on the river at this years St Neots Dragon Boat Festival.

Spurred on by a promise of cookies and ice cream, we were desperate to break 60 seconds. Despite not quite managing it, we improved on last year's race times and retained our second from last place on the leader board.

Most importantly, we had a lot of fun altogether, with friends, parents, babies, grandparents and pets all coming along to cheer us on!

Sub-60 remains unfinished business, and we’re already looking forward to another go...
