Job Role: Senior Accountant/Semi Senior

Based in Hadleigh, Essex

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you a technically sound, personable, proactive Accountant looking for a new challenge?

Job Description:

• Preparing and finalising accounts under both FRS102 and FRS105.
• Managing a portfolio of clients that you will be responsible for.
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns.
• Bookkeeping and the review of bookkeeping.
• Supporting Junior members of the team as and when needed.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Other tasks as directed by the line manager/company director.
• Potential for working at client’s premises.

You will need:

• Must have at least three years experience working in a UK accountancy practice or 3-5 years experience working as a financial Accountant in industry.
• Competence in Xero, SAGE, Quickbooks.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office (i.e. word/excel.
• A can-do attitude and desire to progress your career.
