We are looking to employ a Part-time member of staff to cover maternity leave within our Admin team however there are opportunities for a permanent role once the cover has been completed.

The responsibilities include:

Data entry to our back-office system
Liaising directly with clients
Dealing with providers and professional third parties
Be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office 365.
Completing applications
Providing support to our paraplanners
Ability to work within a team
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multi task and prioritise tasks

Salary: £13.74 p/h

Hours: Part time (12-16hrs)

Closing date: 25th February 2025

Location: ML4 3PB

Remote working: possibility of hybrid working
