As a team bonding activity our staff traded spreadsheets for secret clues and took on an escape room challenge earlier this week! 🧩
From decoding cryptic messages to racing against the clock, it turns out our staff are quite competitive!
3 out of the 4 teams escaped within the time (the team who got locked in were in the hardest room however!)

From 6 April 2029, new rules will limit the National Insurance savings on pension salary sacrifice.

👉 Only the first £2,000 of pension contributions made via salary sacrifice will remain NIC-free
👉 Contributions above £2,000 will be subject to normal employee & employer NICs
👉 Income tax relief on pension contributions remains unchanged

💡 This could mean higher costs for both employers and employees making larger contributions.

Now is the time to review your pension strategy and plan ahead.
