We're Hiring: Finance Assistant

Looking to take the next step in your finance career?
Retail-FCL is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting our finance operations while gaining experience in a business driven by innovation and modern payment technologies.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:
• End-to-end ledger management using Xero
• Multi-currency bank and credit card reconciliations
• Weekly credit control and client invoicing
• Supporting VAT, balance sheet reconciliations and office administration
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams

We're looking for someone with:
✔ 2–5 years' finance experience
✔ Hands-on experience with Xero and Excel
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
