We were proud to sponsor and present the Team of the Year Award at the Berkhamsted Sports Hub Sporting Excellence Awards last week.

This was a new award for this season, recognising not only competitive success but also teamwork, commitment and positive impact within the local community.

These awards celebrate the outstanding achievements, dedication and community spirit of athletes, coaches, volunteers and clubs across Berkhamsted, bringing together sporting talent from a wide range of local organisations.

It was a privilege to be part of an evening that showcased the incredible contribution sport makes to our community and to present an award that celebrates the very best of teamwork, support and sporting values.

What a fabulous experience for the boys to take part in this Play On The Pitch tournament at West Bromwich Albion over the weekend.. a day designed to inspire young players, nurture their love of football and allow them to dream of one day becoming a professional footballer ⚽️

Two of our U11s teams made it to the semi finals of this weekends Play On The Pitch tournament held at West Bromwich Albion The Hawthorns.

U11s Golds vs U11s Emeralds saw the Golds making it through to the finals where they were pipped to the post losing 1-0.

A great day had by all at the play on the pitch tournament at the hawthorns yesterday as the u11 Ducks golds played in the U11’s tournament at WBA. Having started slowly in the first game the boys were determined to show a great account of themselves dominating the final 2 games of the group stage to see themselves through to a semi final sadly against our own Aylesbury United U11 Emeralds team.
The only benefit being Aylesbury were guaranteed a team in the final; fortunately for the golds they came out on top of the game and went through to the final. Unfortunately, a wonder goal meant they were runners up losing 1 nil in the final but showing how good they can be and coming away with a runner up trophy.

Well done to both team a great experience for all the boys.
