We at Iolaire are following all relevant government and WHO advice and we have taken proactive steps to help ensure the well-being of our staff, while maintaining the ability to provide our clients with a continued uninterrupted service. To adhere to the current government guidelines, all the staff at Iolaire have been working at home since last week, but we can all be contacted in the usual ways, either by email or by telephone through the usual office number. You should notice no real difference to our usual service as we can all remotely answer the office landline on 01764 664210.

We are carrying on with “business as usual” and we will be contacting investment clients to offer regular reviews, and our mortgage clients will continue to be contacted three months prior to their mortgage deal ending. We are also available to help with anyone wishing to review their personal protection needs.

We will not be conducting any face to face meetings and our office will remain closed and unmanned until the government guidelines change, we can however schedule a video based call at a mutually convenient time.

We are also here to offer reassurance to existing clients and their friends and families. We are living in uncertain times and we are keen to provide community support where we can. If you have a concern about the financial impact of Covid-19 and need a bit of clarity around some of the government help packages available to business owners, mortgage holders or people in rented accommodation we would be happy to help with this free of charge.
