If your business uses contractors, there is an IR35 change worth having on your radar now.
The company-size thresholds used for off-payroll working increased from 6 April 2025. Because business size is assessed using previous years, HMRC says the practical impact on IR35 responsibilities will not be felt until 6 April 2027 at the earliest.
