Exciting news from Brimmond Financial Planning!

We’re delighted to share that our Director, Kris Urquhart, alongside Steven Mearns, Director of TaxAssist Accountants, have submitted a planning application for a new retail office development at Kingshill Park East, Westhill.

This is a personal investment by Kris and Steven, driven by a shared ambition to create modern, high-quality commercial space that supports the continued growth of Westhill’s business community.

The proposed development will comprise six contemporary retail office units, designed to provide flexible accommodation for professional, retail and customer-facing businesses.

Brimmond Financial Planning and TaxAssist Accountants will occupy one unit each, with four units available to lease, offering businesses the opportunity to establish themselves in one of Westhill’s most prominent commercial locations.
