As per the new directive (that replace the former directive 152/2011) , apart from other amendement , Minstry of Revenue:

1. Intend to use unauthenticated (DARA) loans in tax assessment.
( We strongly recommend to authenticate loans from non financial institutions)

2. Will use unjustified bank deposits in tax assessment.

In addition , the directive will apply on all disputed cases that is not yet concluded.
