When someone passes away, it's the beneficiary's duty to file the deceased’s income tax declaration.

For refunds below 2.000€: Submit your M100 declaration together with form H-100 and these documents: Death certificate, certificate of Last Will (acta de últimas voluntades), the Will, the "libro de familia" (Family book), bank certificate for the refund account. If multiple beneficiaries exist, a letter of consent from others is needed.

For refunds above €2,000, the same documents plus the inheritance tax declaration.

· Go to the “Denuncia tributaria” section.

𝟮. 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀:
· Undeclared Invoices/Tickets: Report those not declaring sales.
· Undeclared Income: For businesses or personal income not reported.
· Cyber Commerce Fraud: For online sales fraud.
· Undeclared Rentals: For landlords hiding rental income.
· Other Tax Issues: Any other suspected tax violations.
𝟯. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
· Not all complaints lead to inspections.
· Must provide solid evidence for review.
· The department of inspections will assess the need for further action.

4. Sign the deed during the video conference.⁣
5. Receive a CSV code (secure validation code) to access a copy of the signed deed in your personal area of the portal.⁣

This October, Sandra Mole will celebrate her 10th anniversary with Spence Clarke! Sandra, who works in our administration department, is known for her hard work and thoroughness in ensuring all our clients have their KYC up to date. Sandra is cheerful and full of energy – a party without her is not a party! Despite being born in the UK, she knows so many people in Marbella that you'd never guess it.
