أهم بنود الحزمة الاولي من التيسيرات الضريبية

بالنسبة للمنشآت التي لايتجاوز رقم أعمالها ١٥ مليون جنية
١. الاعفاءمن ضريبة الدمغة ورسوم الشهر والتوثيق .
٢. الاعفاء من الضريبة علي الأرباح الراسمالية وضريبة توزيعات الأرباح .
٣. اختصار اقرارات القيمة المضافة الي ٤ اقرارات فقط سنويا , والإعفاء من تطبيق نظام الخصم أو الدفعات المقدمة .
٤. اقرار واحد فقط سنوي عن ضريبة المرتبات .
٥. الفحص بالعينة لجميع الملفات .
٦. الضريبة قطعية بمبلغ محدد او نسبة محددة من رقم الأعمال.
٧. تشجيع غير المسجلين ضريبيًا على التسجيل وسنفتح معهم صفحة جديدة دون النظر للماضي .
٨. منظومة إلكترونية للمقاصة بين الرصيد الدائن واي مديونية علي الممول في جهات حكومية اخري .
٩. عدم تجاوز قيمة مقابل التأخير لقيمة أصل الضريبة .
١٠. عدم احتساب مقابل التأخير نتيجة تأخر الفحص وخلال فترة وجود نزاع علي دين الضريبة واحتسابه من تاريخ الأخطار بالربط وليس من اليوم التالي لانتهاء اجل تقديم الاقرار .
١١. السماح بتقديم الاقرارات وتعديلها عن السنوات ٢٠٢٠ /٢٠٢٣ بدون غرامات .
١٢. تجديد العمل بقانون إنهاء المنازعات الضريبية .
١٣. وضع منظومة لاصدار الفتاوي الضريبية من خلال مجلس استشاري .
١٤. تفعيل منظومة إلكترونية للشكاوي الضريبية .
١٥. التدرج في عقوبات عدم تقديم الاقرارات وخلافه .
١٦. جاري وضع منظومة مبسطة لانهاء كافة المنازعات عن السنوات السابقة.
17. إلغاء الإقرارات غير المؤيدة مستنديًا.. مرحليًا.. للأشخاص الاعتبارية لعام 2025 وللأفراد 2026

Job Description:
responsible for tax preparation, has the ability to prepare tax returns of all kinds, Ability to prepare files, Ability to prepare full financial Tax Inspection., accounting, and other tax-related tasks to ensure regulatory compliance
Job location and attendance code:
work location: Zahraa El-Maadi – Cairo – Al-Youssef tower
Working hours: from 9 am to 5 pm
Benefits and compensations:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Leadership skills is a must.
