Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Support staff with scheduling meetings and organizing office supplies.

Employment Type: Full-time
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2 year of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to Partner
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports and other documents.
Coordinate daily office operations, workflow, and administrative processes.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
Ability to take decisions.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
