Summer doesn’t leave quietly at DIGITALL. It wraps up with a burst of color, laughter, and connection across our diverse hubs. Yesterday, while emails paused (and cocktails appeared), we all swapped screens for face-to-face moments, bringing the spirit of teamwork to life. The DIGITALL Summer Lounge brought us together for a good time and showed how our mix of cultures, languages, backgrounds, and working styles influences everyday life and pulls us closer.

Let’s take a stroll through each location:

Karlsruhe: True to tradition, our colleagues enjoyed a rooftop barbeque, DJ beats, and plenty of laughter. Our CEO David D. Laux was right there, catching up with the team and celebrating together.

Sofia: "Less emails. More cocktails." That was the motto in Sofia. A live music band, a photo corner, bright decorations, and our Managing Director for Bulgaria, Yordan Ginev, joining the big party to keep the energy on point.

Plovdiv: A relaxed afternoon in the office with tasty snacks, refreshing drinks, mellow tunes, and easy conversation. Sometimes, the simplest moments turn out to be the best.

Eisenstadt: Our Austrian team’s gathering proved that strong teamwork and good conversations are at home anywhere.

Burgas: Another Bulgarian team gathering with plenty of stories and smiles, DIGITALL style through and through.

Varna: In Varna, our colleagues met up, rounding out summer with shared food and good vibes.

From big parties to cozy gatherings, we saw what One Team really means: different locations, different styles, same DIGITALL spirit.

The role is remote-based, with occasional travel for partner meetings, customer activities and events.

We are starting the week with great news: We have recently earned the Copilot Specialization and are now supporting organizations with this expertise to explore new paths toward business transformation and innovation with Copilot.
