Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, με βάση το Διάταγμα Κ.Δ.Π. 168/2026, που δημοσιεύτηκε στην Επίσημη Εφημερίδα της Δημοκρατίας (Ε.Ε.Παρ.ΙΙΙ (Ι), Αρ. 6012, 27.3.2026) με απόφαση του Υπουργικού Συμβουλίου, τροποποιείται ο περί Φόρου Προστιθέμενης Αξίας Νόμος, ώστε να επιβάλλεται μηδενικός συντελεστής Φ.Π.Α. σε παραδόσεις κρεάτων και ψαριών από 6 Απριλίου 2026 μέχρι 30 Σεπτεμβρίου 2026 όπως κατατάσσονται στους κωδικούς κλάσης του δασμολογίου ως ακολούθως:
Α. Κρέατα νωπά ή διατηρημένα σε απλή ψύξη ή κατεψυγμένα
1. Κρέατα βοοειδών (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0201 και ΣΟ 0202)
2. Κρέατα χοιροειδών (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0203)
3. Κρέατα προβατοειδών ή αιγοειδών (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0204)
4. Παραπροϊόντα σφαγίων βρώσιμα, βοοειδών, χοιροειδών, προβατοειδών, αιγοειδών (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ ex 0206)
5. Κρέατα και παραπροϊόντα σφαγίων βρώσιμα, πουλερικών της κλάσης 0105 βρώσιμα (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0207)
6. Κρέατα κουνελιών ή λαγών και παραπροϊόντα σφαγίων βρώσιμα, κουνελιών και λαγών (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ ex 0208)

Β. Ψάρια νωπά ή διατηρημένα σε απλή ψύξη ή κατεψυγμένα
1. Ψάρια (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0302, 0303 και 0304)
2. Σουπιές, καλαμάρια και χταπόδια (κωδικούς της κλάσης ΣΟ 0307)

Σημειώνεται ότι, εξακολουθούν να επιβαρύνονται με το μειωμένο συντελεστή Φ.Π.Α. 5% παρασκευάσματα από κρέας και ψάρι. Όπως μαριναρισμένα κρέατα, καπνιστά, κρασάτα, σιεφταλιές, μπιφτέκια, κοτομπουκιές, λουκάνικα, λούντζες, ρόστα, γύρος, πόλιπιφ κ.λ.π. καθώς και κονσέρβες ψαριών, καπνιστά ψάρια, μαριναρισμένα, πανέ κτλ.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, ο Έφορος Φορολογίας σε συνεννόηση με τον Υπουργό Οικονομικών, αποφάσισαν, για σκοπούς διευκόλυνσης των φορολογουμένων, να δοθεί ευχέρεια υποβολής της Δήλωσης Εισοδήματος Ατόμου (ΤΦ1) και πληρωμής Φόρου /Εισφορών για το Φορολογικό Έτος 2024 ΜΕΧΡΙ KAI ΤΙΣ 15/10/2025 χωρίς την επιβολή Διοικητικού Προστίμου και Χρηματικών Επιβαρύνσεων.

Μετά την πιο πάνω ημερομηνία, η υποβολή της Δήλωσης και η πληρωμή Φόρου/Εισφορών, θεωρούνται εκπρόθεσμες φορολογικές υποχρεώσεις και υπόκεινται σε διοικητικό πρόστιμο €100, πρόσθετο φόρο (5%), χρηματική επιβάρυνση (5%) και τόκους μέχρι την πλήρη εξόφληση των οφειλόμενων ποσών.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, για την υποστήριξη των υπηρεσιών που
