Our team has delivered and installed 2 new DES Premium traditional stills with a capacity of 750 L at Aura Distillery.

These stills are designed for producers who need higher capacity, reliable performance and a traditional distillation process supported by professional equipment. Another successful distillation story comes from North Macedonia.

We are proud that DES stills are part of the production at DABOG Distillery from Kumanovo, led by Zoran Stojchevski, a passionate producer and true enthusiast of quality fruit brandies.

In his registered small distillery, Zoran produces premium fruit brandies from quince, plum, apricot and pear.

For his production, he chose two DES Diamond 350 L stills, and for expanding his range with essential oils, he also added a DES Mini Hobby 10 L still.

The mixer helps heat the mash more evenly, the gas burner provides controlled heating, while the flow cooler supports efficient cooling and reliable operation.

The tilting pot still is especially practical because it allows easier emptying after distillation, making the process more convenient and saving valuable time in production.

A new DES installation in Croatia.

Our team has installed a modern DES 500 L column still with Aroma Max column and 6 bubble plate sections at Patrik Distillery in Jastrebarsko, Croatia.

This configuration is designed for distillers who want flexibility, precision and a high level of control in the distillation process. The Aroma Max column helps preserve and intensify the aromatic profile of the distillate, while the bubble plate column supports the production of smoother and more refined spirits. The still also allows classic distillation by bypassing the column.

The installed system combines electric heating and solid fuel heating, giving the distillery more options in everyday production.

We are proud that DES equipment is now part of the production story of Patrik Distillery, a family distillery from Jastrebarsko, known for its liqueurs and fruit brandies.

DES has donated a Mini Hobby 10 L copper pot still to the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad, part of the University of Novi Sad, giving students the chance to work on practical distillation tasks during their education.

This small still may be compact in size, but its role is important. It allows future technologists, engineers and distillation professionals to better understand the process, connect theory with hands-on experience and build confidence through practical work.
