Yanjun Sun, Founder and CEO of STAR, established the STAR team in the year 2007.

With a sharp sense of business acumen, he has grown the firm from a toe-tipping project as a university fresh-grads to where it is now: a team of over 30 people, a member of IECnet (International Association Of Accountants, Auditors And Tax Consultants), the Vice President firm of Shanghai Association of Accounting & Bookkeeping Services.

Effie Tang (汤敏燕Effie), one of our veterans in the STAR team, takes charge of the corporate registration department. With over 10 years of experience, Effie has overseen and managed hundreds of registration cases for foreign entities.
