Today, I had the pleasure of attending the Mackenzie Investments Women’s Conference alongside two of our talented young female Co-op students . It was especially rewarding to share this experience with the next generation of leaders and professionals.
The day was filled with insightful conversations about investing, wealth-building, leadership, education of new technologies, and the importance of supporting and uplifting women in business and finance.
Providing opportunities for young women to learn, grow, and build meaningful connections is incredibly important. The future is bright when knowledge, mentorship, and ambition come together.
I’m grateful for a day of learning, networking, and inspiration, and proud to play a small part in investing in both financial growth and future talent.

We are thrilled to officially introduce our 2026 summer co-op students to the team: meet Alexia and Olivia! These two powerhouses joined us this summer and have already hit the ground running. Their official job title? Administrative Assistants. Their actual job? Whatever we throw at them – and they’re nailing it. From admin duties and office organization to projects we haven’t even thought of yet, Alexia and Olivia are the kind of teammates who make everything run a little smoother (and our office a lot cleaner).
