I had a ball hosting the Pickering Chapter GTApreneurs event!
Great food, and company. The speed networking was a hit! Business owners had 3 minutes to talk about their businesses and make a connection.
We had CPA's, Professionals in Mental Health, Media Production, and Travel, the list goes on...

Have you opened a RESP account for your kids future education costs?
Imagine learning you missed out on roughly $9200 of free money available by the government, to help cover the cost of University, College, or Trade Schools.
This is the case for many students, whose parents or grandparents were simply not informed.
Approximately 55% of Canadian parents do not have an RESP account open for their child.
✅Another under utilized program is The Canada Learning Bond (CLB) often referred to as the Canada Education Savings Bond.
The CLB is also a federal grant that deposits up to $2,000 directly into a child's Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) to help low-income families save for post-secondary education.
💲The most important feature of the CLB is that it requires zero personal financial contributions; the government provides the money simply for opening the account.
