Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper
Part-time remote Jr. Accountant/Bookkeeper position is available at Go Fig Bookz. This position could lead to full-time. 20 hours per week to start.
Must have at least 1-year experience with QuickBooks and Excel. Must also be fluent in English

Job Duties:
- Keep financial records - establish, maintain & balance accounts
- Post daily transactions with job costing
- Complete and submit WSIB, GST/HST and employment tax remittances
- Prepare and submit payroll and payroll remittance
- Perform bank reconciliations and other bookkeeping services
- Perform office administrative duties
- Manage clients documents and records
- Manage process tracking system
- Prepare financial statements and working papers
- Prepare corporate, trust and personal tax returns
Schedule:
Flexible daily 4 hour shift
Experience:
Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
