Nous recrutons des représentantes et représentants bilingues au traitement des opérations pour une organisation de premier plan dans le secteur des services financiers, à Montréal, Toronto et Calgary. 
 
Ces postes conviennent parfaitement aux professionnelles et professionnels ayant de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle, en administration, en documentation, en traitement ou en services financiers, qui apprécient le travail minutieux, la résolution de problèmes et l’apprentissage de nouveaux systèmes. 
 
Vous assurerez le traitement des opérations clients et les flux de travail opérationnels, examinerez la documentation, résoudrez les écarts et contribuerez à la fluidité et à l’exactitude des transactions. Vous acquerrez également de l’expérience avec des technologies en évolution et des outils intégrant l’IA, dans un environnement structuré et collaboratif. 
 
𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗶 𝗰𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝘇 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗿 : 
27 $ à 32 $ de l’heure 
Contrat jusqu’en mai 2027, avec possibilité de prolongation ou de permanence selon le rendement 
3 semaines de formation virtuelle 
Horaire de travail hybride. Présence au bureau 10 jours par mois pendant la formation. Après avoir complété la formation avec succès, la présence au bureau sera réduite à 4 jours par mois.

We’re hiring Bilingual Client Processing Representatives for a leading financial services organization in Montréal, Toronto and Calgary.

These roles are a great fit for professionals with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, documentation, processing or financial services who enjoy detail-focused work, solving problems and learning new systems.

You’ll support client processing and operational workflows, review documentation, resolve discrepancies and help keep transactions moving accurately and efficiently. You’ll also gain experience using evolving technology and AI-enabled tools in a structured, collaborative environment.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: 
$27-$32 per hour 
Contract through May 2027, with the possibility of extension or permanency based on performance 
3 weeks of virtual training 
Hybrid schedule: 10 days per month on-site after training, transitioning to 4 days per month once you’re fully trained and ready to work independently
