The outdoor pool was closed many years ago. STOP giving prospective buyers the impression, the pool is open.

Various building superintendents asked property managers to facilitate wrapping of pipes and repair leaking check valves. Ceiling tiles are replaced regularly and leaks are dealt with as they occur.

Not only are owners' hard condo fees wasted but try to imagine how you feel if you had to constantly mop up leaks, wrap pipes with bicycle tube and replace tiles and only have to do so because they people who manage our building refuse to take action.
