Liberals ease access to CERB, workers making $1,000 or less now eligible - BNN Bloomberg The federal government is loosening the eligibility criteria for emergency federal pandemic aid to cover seasonal workers without jobs and workers whose hours have been drastically cut but who still have some income.

New program is announced today, more information will come soon. Highlights -
1) GST, HST and import tax payments can be deferred until June
2) Small businesses can get up to $40k loan interest free for a year. Of this, $10K will be forgivable if certain conditions are met. No information is available on what those conditions are.
3) Govt will cover up to 75% of wages for qualified businesses
