Hi, I’m Charmaine 👋

I thought it was time to introduce myself and share a little bit about why HazelBloom exists.

I’m Charmaine Hameluck, Co-Founder of HazelBloom Accounting.

Throughout my career, I’ve worn a lot of hats — business owner, manager and leader — but one thing has always been at the heart of what I do: people.
I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have the right people around you. To empower your team, give them opportunities to grow, but also recognize when they need more support — not simply more added to their plate.

That thinking has played a big part in what we’re building at HazelBloom.

We started HazelBloom because we saw an opportunity to approach outsourcing differently. Not simply as a way to send work elsewhere, but as a way to support the people already inside a firm.

For me, that means taking the time to understand your team, your processes and where the pressure points are. Sometimes you don’t need to replace or even add another full-time employee — you just need the right support in the right place.

That’s also why relationships are so important to us. We want the professionals we work with to feel like an extension of your team, not people working somewhere in the background.

At the end of the day, I believe strong businesses are built by strong, supported people.

And that’s a big part of what Outsourcing Done Differently means to me.
