As we celebrate Labour Day and say goodbye to another summer, we’re also getting ready for that familiar September tradition… back to school! 📚🍎
And this year, we have a couple of very special students to celebrate.
First, a goodbye to our summer student!
Michelle’s brilliant son Dawson worked with us this summer.
In addition to some of his many other jobs (lawn care and Foodland), Dawson is a hard worker and a wiz on the computer. He also provided some much-needed muscle around the office!
Dawson was able to organize our upstairs storage space, giving us a TON more room, and he also revamped many of our digital forms, putting them into a more user-friendly format while creating a style worthy of our branding.
Now he’s headed back to school in Guelph for his final year, and we want to thank him for all of his hard work this summer.
Dawson, we wish you so much success in your final year at school.

And while one of Michelle’s kids is heading back for his final year, another is about to begin a very exciting FIRST year!
Michelle’s daughter Michalea is off to McMaster for the ibiomed program, (Integrated Biomedical Engineering and health Sciences.)
Not only is she smart and beautiful (like her mom 😉), but she is also incredibly artistic.
In fact, her logo was chosen to represent the Bio Med program at Mac! Swipe over to see her progression in creating this thoughtful logo.
Watch out world, here she comes!!
So as Labour Day brings another summer to a close, cheers to all the parents whose kids are heading back to school tomorrow - whether they’re starting kindergarten, heading into another year, moving away to university, or beginning their final year.
Here’s to new beginnings, exciting adventures and a fantastic school year ahead! 📚
And to Dawson and Michalea - we can’t wait to see what comes next.

They're absolutely enormous, and they never fail to get people talking. The questions we hear most often are:
"Are those mirrors?"
"Are they lights?"
"What are they?"
My usual response is to joke that they're two-way mirrors and Michelle is on the other side watching us all day - don't forget to wave! 👋😂
The truth is much less exciting... they're simply gigantic custom photos that make a big impact and add so much personality to our space.
We love them, and judging by the comments we receive, our visitors do too!

I can't say enough good things about this girl! ❤️
I joke that Michelle is my work wife, but the truth is she's so much more than that.
She is incredibly talented, endlessly dependable, and one of the hardest-working people I know. No challenge is too big, no task is too small, and somehow she always finds a way to make everything run smoothly.
Our clients adore her, our office wouldn't be the same without her, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days working alongside her.
Simply put - she's the best.
