Poste technicien/ne comptable
Compétences et expérience
• Certificat ou diplôme en administration des affaires ou en
comptabilité, un atout
• Minium 2 ans d’expérience en tenue de livres pour le cycle comptable complet
• Expérience de travail avec le logiciel Sage requise
• Connaissance pratique des principes et des processus comptables de base
• Compréhension des taxes de vente (TPS, TVP, TVH), des cotisations sociales et de l’impôt des sociétés
• Excellente maitrise de Microsoft Office
• Bilinguisme intermédiaire (français et anglais)
Poste à temps plein, salaire 20$ - 23$/hr
Accounting / Bookkeeping
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk in accounts payable and general ledger functions.
• Proficiency in using Sage accounting software is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, ability to communicate in both official languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, personal and sales taxes.
• Payroll experience considered an asset.
This full-time position is offering $20-23 per hour.
