Two quarters of our top Quality Speckle Park Beef of a 14 month old steer, pasture raised and grain finished.
The quarter has a hanging weight of 121.5 Ibs and includes all cuts of the animal.

Butchered and processed at a licenced facility, traditionally dry aged over two weeks.

Due to the strong beef market and the still rising production costs, we have to ask for $ 8.50 Ib hanging weight just to cover our butcher and marketing costs on top of the local auction market price.
Price for the quarter is $ 1033
This price includes cut/ wrap and local delivery
down to Saskatoon.
Still cheaper as store bought and in a excellent quality. Nothing can beat good farm raised beef !

Due to a no pay and show we have half a beef available, 312 Ibs hanging weight total $ 2184. It’s from a 12 month old pasture raised and grain finished steer. The meat is dry aged for three weeks. This is the last animal for this season. It can be split in quarters.
We deliver tomorrow Thursday the 5th Dec. to Saskatoon or can meet in the area Prince Albert. Don’t miss this excellent quality.

Made with 100% beef, naturally raised with out the use of antibiotics or added growing hormones. This sausage is traditionally made without any artificial ingredients. Gluten free, No fillers. It’s fully cooked and lightly smoked. Traditionally heated in up in water for a variety of recipes or in soups but also tasteful eaten right out the package or as smokies on the campfire.
