The Bank of Canada announces back-to-back cuts and has lowered the key interest rate to 3.25%! Exciting news for all of our clients especially those that are currently on an adujustable mortage rate as their payments will reduce. This is also amazing news as this will potentially bring new buyers into the market that have been waiting for a lower rate ☺️
