Shuaib Sookia, brings more than a decade of experience as a corporate lawyer and chartered accountant, supporting organizations through complex financial and regulatory environments. His work includes auditing billion-dollar groups across multiple industries, implementing legal and regulatory frameworks at a major national bank, and serving as Country CFO for an international derivatives trading company with over $300M in annual revenue.
ELLYPSE CFO was created from this multidisciplinary expertise to help Canadian businesses access practical advice, sound controls, and strategic financial leadership.
