Throwing it back to this time last month, when my son and I spent some time up north in Kangirsuk, QC helping run a Taekwando camp for the kids up there.

It was such an eye-opening experience, awesome bonding time, and amazing opportunity to have fun and share our Taekwando skills with a bunch great kids!

I even learned a few things too… like flying up north and back can be tricky, peanut butter sandwiches can make for a great treat, how special life in the North is, and how tough and resilient the communities are up there.
