Wine & Wealth - Your Next Move
A conversation for incorporated women
Your corporation is generating income.
But when it comes to the money inside it—what’s the next move?
For many incorporated women there’s a gap between earning well and knowing how to efficiently turn that corporate income into personal wealth. We’re hosting an intimate, in-person event designed to change that.
Wine & Wealth: Your Next Money Move is a curated experience for women who want to better understand:
• How to take money out of their corporation in a tax-efficient way
• Common mistakes that can quietly cost you over time
• Strategies to turn business success into long-term personal wealth
This isn’t a seminar. It’s a conversation.
We’ll start with a guided wine tasting at 11:00am, followed by lunch and a relaxed, engaging discussion in a small group setting.
With only 15 women in the room, this is designed to be a comfortable, thoughtful space where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others navigating similar decisions.
If you’ve been meaning to “figure this out” but haven’t had the right setting or guidance, this is your opportunity to do it in a way that feels both informative and genuinely enjoyable.
We’d love to have you join us. Send a message to secure your spot.

Today our IG Wealth Management - Halifax office participated in a Canstruction competition in support of Feed Nova Scotia. With plenty of head-scratching (and a lot of laughs), our team built a lighthouse entirely out of food donated by our teammates.
While it was a fun and creative team activity, it’s also a sobering reminder of why this work matters. Nearly 1 in 3 households in Nova Scotia experience food insecurity.
As FEED Nova Scotia highlights, the root causes of food insecurity are structural and systemic, and meaningful progress will require significant policy change at all levels of government.
We are grateful to support organizations doing this important work — and to contribute in a small way alongside our community.

This morning’s Hope in the City Breakfast, in support of The Salvation Army Maritimes - Atlantic Division, was such a meaningful way to begin the day.
We heard from Joe Roberts, whose journey from deep struggle in addiction and homelessness to stability and purpose is nothing short of remarkable. His story is a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when someone is surrounded by compassion, steady support, and people—like his mother and the Salvation Army—who refuse to give up on them.
Joe’s honesty, humour, and heartfelt storytelling left a lasting impression. A compelling start to the day, and a reminder of the impact community can have when we choose to show up for one another.
