Key July 2026 federal benefit payment dates for CRA-administered programs include:
- July 3: Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit (CGEB) - replaces the GST/HST credit with increased support.
- July 10: Advanced Canada Workers Benefit (ACWB).
- July 20: Canada Child Benefit (CCB) - payments will reflect new 2026 indexed amounts.
- July 29: Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS)

If you are not registered for direct deposit these payments can take up to 10 business days (depending on mail delivery in your area).
You can register for direct deposit through MyAccount.
