Good news! If you forgot your CRA user ID or password, you may be able to register for a new credential online, no need to call us. This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to expand digital self-service options, in line with our 100-Day Service Improvement Plan.
Get your most recent tax return and multi-factor authentication (MFA) information ready. To help keep your account secure, your old credential will be removed. https://ow.ly/1l2H50XHrhb
