Join us on September 12 at Confederation Park for another fantastic Big Paws in the Basin event!

August's Local Business Highlight features a local cafe just outside of the Kingston area. Nestled on Gananoque's main strip, Pistachio Café is more than just a café and bakery. With local artwork adorning the walls and a warm, inviting atmosphere, it's a space that celebrates community and creativity.

After tasting a selection of treats at the Kingston Humane Society back in May, we stopped in to experience it for ourselves and weren't disappointed. Jenn offers an incredible variety of baked goods, including vegan options, all made with care and creativity.

Camping, hiking, and exploring Algonquin Park with the dogs by our side. Nothing beats a weekend of trails, campfires, and making memories outdoors.

A day well spent! We had the opportunity to volunteer with the Kingston Humane Society, tackling yard work, painting projects, and refreshing the back dog run. We had a great time working together and are grateful for the chance to support such an important community organization. Happy to lend a hand and make a difference!
